RETURN POLICY

 

Returns are accepted for all our items purchased at Casa Tamarindo within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be in like-new condition and undamaged. 
 

SALE ITEMS

 

All sales are final and no returns will be accepted on sale items. 
 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

 

If you wish to return your purchase, please email info@tamarindo.house with your order number to start your return. Returns will be accepted for all undamaged items purchased at Casa Tamarindo within 30 days of delivery for refund and will be issued to the original form of payment. Returned items must be like-new in the same condition they were purchased in. 
 

WE GOT YOU

 

We design every product to last a lifetime. “Obsolescence” is our least favorite word besides “linger”. However, nothing is perfect and sometimes through the journey we call life things break. The last thing we want is for one of our products to end up in a landfill. ESPECIALLY when it could’ve been avoided. That is why we will always do everything we possibly can to repair one of our broken products (within reason) as long as we’re around and have the resources to do so. All we ask is that you pay the shipping to send it to us and we will send it back free of charge! If you find yourself with a broken Casa Tamarindo product, shoot us an email at hola@tamarindo.house and we will take it from there.
